The Nellessen Law Office was founded by Thomas J. Nellessen who has been practicing in the Denver Metropolitan area since 1991 and has dedicated his practice to defending those charged with DUI and criminal offenses. With his extensive experience in the criminal courts, Thomas Nellessen understands how the criminal court system works and how to best preserve your constitutional rights. Thomas Nellessen's practice focuses particularly on DUI and criminal defense law. He represents clients in matters involving DUI cases, Domestic Violence, Drug, Weapons, Prostitution cases, and virtually all other felony and misdemeanor offenses. In addition to his very active litigation practice, Thomas Nellessen takes a risk management approach with his clients' criminal issues, engaging in day-to-day advice and contact with his clients and ongoing work to evaluate his clients' needs to minimize the potential harm that may result from a criminal conviction. To that end, he is actively involved in communicating with prosecutors in order to negotiate the best possible resolution of a case if a trial is not warranted.
